Well, sorry I haven't written in awhile. Busy working, wake basketball games..etc..Christmas is almost here. I want to wish everyone far and near a good and blessed christmas. Please no matter how you feel keep our soldiers in your pray's. I have been in the military and this time of year the whole world seems so far away.

well the guy we beat out for rookie of the year finished seccond in the snowball derby in pensacola fla. Hope we can go next year, that is one helluva race and if you win that you are known forever.

 

Feeling better than I have been. Looking forward to next saturday it is our race team party in charlotte. Its going to be a blast then one month till the hootersprocup

banquet in myrtle beach.

Well hello and good morning from sunny north carolina. While it is cool outside at least the sun is out. Nice to not have to work today. Been looking on the net on how to paint hemets. I Think that would be a good side job to get into, since I'm around race cars most of the summer.

 

Don't know if I have said before but found out have to wear a Tux to the Series Banquet. This should be interesting to see the team dressed to the nines as they say. Some of our guys are just jeans and a shirt. But, after the year we had and only winning the rookie of the year title by 1 point. We are going with pride. Its going to be a party weekend in Myrtle Beach, S.C. .

 

Well going for now. Will write more later. Oh by the way have to work wake forest basketball this evening.

Well turkey day has come and gone. But, I have to say that turkey leg WAS GREAT!!!

 

Hope everyone else's was just as good. Next on the list I guess is the Big One (Christmas )..Tomorrow begins the biggest shopping day of the year. Well I dont have to work but I will not be out there.

Hope everyone has a nice and pleasant thanksgiving. As for me Im going to my dads to eat. Yummy love those Turkey Legs!!!!

Weather is about 50 today suppose to rain. Bummer, well let me not go to far could be snowing.

 

Well two big races coming up. Sure would be nice to attend. (1) Snowball Derby in Fla. Every driver that has won a championship will be there. First weekend in Dec.

(2) The Chili Bowl- this is in Oklahoma. Every sprint car driver goes to this. Tony Stewert won it last year. But I can do the next best thing. Listen to it on the computer.

This race first week in Jan.

 

Then our Series Banquet is the First weekend in Jan. Myrtle Beach, S.C.-Tux to wear, Hotel room to get..Hardware to take and point fund money.

Well today the weather was great. We had the first cookout for the race teams. Last years championship crew and this years HootersProCup rookie of the year winning crew. Plus all of the families were there as well. They give us the time to do what we all enjoy doing and that is race. We miss alot of family time while being on the rad during the summer months racing.

 

Well back to work tomorrow.

Sitting and watching the craftsman truck race on Speed. Close points race know how that feels. Our team was in a tight points race last year and it will kill your nerves for sure. I didnt sleep well for a week. This year in the hooters series I wasnt even as nervous as last year. But was sure glad the race ended when it did and we won rookie of the year by 1 point. Work wake forest football tomorrow.

turning cold again....wed hump day...ye haaaa...have to work the wake forest football game on saturday and basketball on Monday.

Today was overcast with some light rain,suppose to get colder by the weekend. Tomorrow is hump day (wed ). As well the Hooters race from lakeland will be on speed. So get to review our race from  2 weeks ago.

 Well today was a Monday for sure. Weather was nice ( 56 deg ). Next week a short week Thanksgiving Holiday. Also, have a cookout next sunday for our race team last year and this year. So the weekend will be a blast im sure.
